Cancellation Policy

TLC Adventures operates on a scheduled hourly appointment basis for classes. Therefore, when cancelling a class, participants are required to provide MORE than a 24-hour notice, for which no charges will occur. However, if a cancellation is LESS than 24 hours to the scheduled time, participant shall be charged in full for the scheduled amount of time. Each participant is entitled to a one-time cancellation fee waiver, whereby if they cancel a session in less than 24-hours but at minimum 2 hours in advance it will be waived the first time. If direct billing is occurring to a fiscal intermediary, cancellations cannot be billed and will be self-pay. In addition, if the Fiscal Intermediary does not pay an invoice within 30 days the expectation is that the participant will self-pay.
